Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Mesujei platform available at mesujei.com. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Platform refers to the Mesujei website, applications, and all associated services accessible at mesujei.com.
  • Company refers to Mesujei, the operator of the Platform.
  • User refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, whether registered or not.
  • Content refers to all text, audio, video, graphics, data, course materials, and any other information made available through the Platform.
  • Account refers to a registered user profile created to access features of the Platform.
  • Subscription refers to a paid or free access plan that grants a User specific rights to use Platform features over a defined period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Account Credentials

4.3 Notification of Breach

You must notify the Company immediately at info@mesujei.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

4.4 Account Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Company. Closure does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid unless otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy.

5. Platform Access and Availability

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond the Company's control. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned interruptions where possible.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are permitted to:

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 Licence to Content

9.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details, you agree to their terms and authorise the Company to charge the applicable fees.

9.3 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

9.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Company's refund policy, which is available on the Platform. The Company is not obligated to provide refunds outside the terms of that policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

15.1 Platform Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.

15.2 Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if the Company determines that your conduct is harmful to other Users, the Company, or third parties.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

17. Governing Principles
